Cassette case
This is a sheet metal processing product made from SUS with a thickness of 1.0mm. The main processes are punching, pre-processing, bending, and spot welding in that order. After processing is complete, it is finished with black chromate, followed by final inspection. The production time, including black chromate treatment, is approximately 3 to 5 days. This product is used as a cassette case for storing commercial parts.
Multiphotonics portable deodorizer "totte"
This is the aluminum-made portable deodorizer "totte" for multi-photonics. The main process starts with cutting, followed by pre-processing, bending, welding, and riveting. A total of 11 types of parts are manufactured, and after anodizing, they are assembled. It is currently being used in hotels and other locations in the city.
Portable deodorizer parts
This is a lamp guard for a portable deodorizer made from 0.8mm A5052P (aluminum material). Fifteen parts will be manufactured in the order of cutting, pre-processing, and bending. Thirteen flaps will be riveted with two fastening parts, completing the shaping process. Finally, gold anodizing will be performed, followed by the final inspection.
Commercial cover
This is a sheet metal processing product made from SPCC with thicknesses of 1.0mm and 2.0mm. The main process starts with punching, followed by pre-processing, bending, and welding. The base 1.0mm sheet is bent, and four components are welded to the back side. A 2.0mm component is welded to the surface, followed by degreasing and painting in black. The production time, including painting, is approximately 3 to 5 days based on a lot size of 1 to 50.
